The burning question for us here at Fweedom Cannabis is: Can you get gourmet weed meals in Washington? Turns out you can, but only if you’re invited. Looks like we’re going to have to figure out how to make that happen! Lately, we’ve just been living vicariously through several online foodie/weedie resources… that, and doing our own cooking.

This underground supper club highlights locally sourced ingredients, and carefully tests accompanying marijuana varietals for the ultimate fine dining experience that balances the flavors of cannabis strains with dishes like cold-smoked Peconic Bay scallop crudo with chorizo, Og Kush oil, fresh coriander and lemon. You can even sign up for their email if you’re interested in getting information about hosting a local chapter.
Next time you’re in Colorado – get your sushi fix at Hapa Sushi Grill & Sake Bar. With several locations Denver, rumor has it the unofficial menu offers suggestions for sushi and cannabis pairings.
